“We are incredibly lucky to be able to buy our weekly organic veg box direct from the brilliant grower, Jim Aplin, before he takes all the rest to Stroud Farmers’ Market. He grows a huge range of fabulous produce including many old and unusual varieties.”

From a local farm in Gloucestershire, the ‘Ladies’ are the herd of 80 cows belonging to Jess Vaughan and her family. “After 58 years of milking our own cow, we’re now buying the delicious Jess’s Ladies milk.”
