Due to the success of this English-style café, there are now Rose Bakeries in London, New York and in several Paris locations. They are renowned for their cakes but also do salads and brunches on the weekend. Maud says: “It’s not a new place anymore but still very good.”

Maud stocks this amazing tea in her shop but the company also has its own boutique on Rue de la Paix. “It’s a very small company but Constance, the young woman who runs it, is very dedicated – she goes to each country to talk to the producers.”
